A person named [redacted] that came from one of Random House's publishing divisions said that they don't accept script or screenplay manuscripts and that this is the only reason they rejected my book, even though their website has 12 books published in the same form they claim not to accept. Another thing that bothered me is this employee asked for more details about my book after I submitted it to them, in the form they said they can't accept. This guy misrepresented Random House's service and frustrated my client, and as a literary agent I can not just let this slide.
