the Credit Card Authorization Company confirmation. Additionally, our Customer Care Agent sympathized and apologized for not being able to provide the customer with an estimated ship date for her backordered item and also stated that her Direct Sales Representative would also be able to assist her in providing her updates on when backorder fulfillment on this product had begun. On 2/** the customer contacted us and requested a full refund and cancellation of this item which was issued immediately. The customer was emailed a PDF copy of the refund, and Credit Card Authorization confirmation. All actions were taken to resolve the customer's issue. Additionally, she was issued $20 in store credit for the inconvenience.

Revdex.com:Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.  No response or action had been taken from Limelight until you interjected the situation.  Further, just for information,  I called Limelight with regard to the shipping costs and was told that although the refund was processed on February [redacted], it had not "gone thru".  The representative then re-authorized the refund and at that time was when I actually received the credit.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
