I spoke directly with [redacted] following her service with us and explained we would not be granting a refund for her color correction. The breakdown of what we charged her was... $40 - her boyfriends haircut that he was given during the time he was waiting for her$550 for her 6 hr color...
correction service, the vast majority of the time was spent removing different shades of purple hair color she had put into her hair at home. We then replace the color with a few shades of pink, but it did not turn out exactly how she wanted. Her stylist explained to her during the consultation she had in advance of the service and during the service we would try our best to get her hair the color of the photograph she showed us, but we couldn't make any guarantees because of the condition of her hair. (it had been chemically processed several times by her and other stylists...) We also do not offer "redos" or "refunds" on any service we deem to be a color correction because of the uncertainty of the results. I did offer [redacted] the opportunity to come back to have a darker shade of purple put into her hair to cover the pink she didn't like at my cost - only what it would cost me to pay the service provider and for the products we used. I thought this was a good middle ground solution, but she declined and said she would rather put more color in her hair at home.
