We have cancelled [redacted] Family Maintenance Agreement as of 11/9/per this notice of request.In response to the customer’s complaint of our technician’s trying to force her to buy additional products, on 11/4/our technician recommendedThe customer have her coil cleaned for the unit to perform correctly.? This needs to be done periodically depending on how dirty the coil is.? The customer refused.On 5/5/a different technician recommended the coil cleaning again, also stop leak and the refrigerant was low.? My name is *** *** owner of Air Conditioning ServicesI have considered the complaint filed by Mrs***, after my research I found that the repairs that she was charged for related to system neglectDirty filters and paper blocking the airflow is not covered under warrantyOur 2yr
