[redacted]Heat brokedown last 2014 winter.Guys did the repair and was told that cost of repair was'nt covered by warranty.Phoned the HVAC maker and was told repair should be under warranty claim.Followed up with the owner Darren Zimmerman and was advised that warranty claim had been filed.Weeks past and never heard from this guy.Twice followed up and told the same thing.Now its been almost 9months but never heard a thing.This guy is just after your money.Don't do business with them.Terrible customer service!","neg-1
