reservation in the small breed class on Sundays. I assured her that the small breed class on Sundays (which I teach so I know the pups) was a good fit. She cancelled class only a few hours before saying that she was moving soon. According to our cancellation policy I could have charged her for 3 classes but I only charged her for the one class that she chose not to attend. If [redacted] had not wanted the 2 classes on Sunday she could have logged in and unreserved them herself up to 24 hours in advance. Our system is very flexible and clients can manage their own reservations in rolling admissions classes. There is even a reminder email before every class with a link so that people can unreserve the class if it does not work for them.I have our exchange in email and can send it to you if that would be helpful.Best,Wynona
