made to feel incompetent.This was our response:I reviewed your communications and am taken back by your review. During a 5 week period, you made 10 requests thru our website and almost every one was a different scenario. During this time we sent 2 proofs with all pricing and instructions. During this entire period, I personally answered your emails 16 times and you were sent multiple proofs with pricing scenarios. I do not see any of your emails that were not answered promptly. When you did place your order and received it a few days later, you emailed your concern that all of your product was not shipped. I simply asked that you open all of your boxes and let me know if you were shorted. Your order was shipped in 4 days, and delivered 3 days later on the 22nd and I did not hear back from you. I am very sorry but I am at a loss what I or my staff could have done any more thorough to make your experience any better. We offered this client every appology we could think of and explained that she might be better off with the personal contact that a local shop could offer.  There is no way we are going to expose ourselves to a $8,000 - $10,000 order from the client only to take the risk of having it refused and absorb that loss.  Only goes to prove you simply can not satisfy everyone all the time.  We have 100's of reviews complimenting our Customer Service.and Tell us why here...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
That was not their response after my review. Again, they are lying. This is what they said: "I replied to your less than complimentary Review and am shocked that you felt as if you were treated any less than professionally by myself or my staff.  Even explaining in the Review Invitation that if you did not feel you could give us a 5 Star rating to please contact me directly and I would make it right.  Had you expressed your feelings directly, I would have refunded your entire purchase price and you could have kept the signs as our apology.    " To that, I responded:"I just felt as if I was brushed off through my entire purchase. Like I said in my review, the product itself was wonderful and I will be placing another order. I hope to have a better experience next time" They then said:"I’m sorry you continue to feel that way.  I would suggest you shop locally for future orders so you can feel as if you could get better customer service." After that, I decided that I wasn't worth continuing the conversation. The next day, I submitted a request on their website and received this response: "Unfortunately we are extremely busy at this time and are running a couple weeks behind.  Please contact one of the other fine online or local suppliers." To that, I replied:"How long is the wait? " I didn't received a timely response. Since I received so much pushback from this particular person [redacted]), I decided to just call in to try to get an order placed. When I called in, I spoke to a man who said that they were refusing to do any business with me, because a gave them a bad review. I told him that this was a poor business practice and that I was going to report them to the Revdex.com. To that, he said that they do not care about their Revdex.com rating and "go ahead". Keep in mind, this review system was not something that was visible to the public. This was an internal system.  After that interaction, I emailed [redacted] back, saying:"I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. If this is not quickly resolved, I will begin submitting reviews as well. I haven't submitted a [redacted] review yet, but that can easily happen." Then, [redacted] decided to threaten me by saying:"Madam,  you need to be very, very careful here.  What, may I ask is “not resolved?”  Your threat seems more vengeful than anything constructive.  What you have threatened is that if we do not do business with you, you will attempt to “Trash” us publicly.  We have tried to be as kind and professional here as possible.  Even as recent as yesterday when I replied to you that we were very busy and were a couple weeks behind (for large orders) and your email right back was “how long is the wait?”  Really?  You need personal contact and we can not offer that to you.  You seem to have difficulty understanding emails and following minimal directions.  We tried to communicate via multiple emails to help your understanding of the process that has worked well for us for over 20 years and you accused us of making you feel bad. We value our online reputation with the upmost seriousness.  We have many good, loyal customers in [redacted], many of them politicians and City Council.  We offer every concession when it comes to our client’s satisfaction and go way out of our way to make things right.  Your own statement was that our products were good and delivery was good but you may have gotten the impression we were “dismissive” and we made you feel “bad” by our emails and communications.  We have hundreds of reviews praising our customer service. We are a multi-million dollar online company doing business nationwide.  If you make ANY slanderous or libelous comments and they damage our business, be prepared for the consequences and have a good law firm and deep pockets, even if you win, you lose financially.  You have already made a written threat having nothing to do with race, religion or gender.  Just consider your end game here.  I can, with the stroke of a pen, change our online presence, our name and our website and take online orders the next day.   I have a potential customer base of over 300 million clients.  Eighty percent of our business is referrals and repeat.  We will go on.  On the other hand, the second you are the target in a lawsuit, your credit is done, your bank accounts can be frozen and your life turned upside down.  Is a $2.00 sign really worth all this effort?" To that, I responded:""Slander" and "Libel" are characterized as untrue statements. Everything that I have expressed either to you, your team, or in my review was 100% true. You lied to me. Flat out and you continue to lie. You said that it would take a few weeks to receive my order. I called your customer service number and they said that they were no longer able to take an order from me, because I gave you a bad review. What kind of business practice is that?! Like I said, I've already filed a formal complaint with the Revdex.com about your business practice and lack of basic manners and customer service.If you're threatening me with legal recourse if I file a [redacted] review, I'd be happy to have my lawyer proofread it before posting. I run a multi-million dollar investment firm and don't have time for such trivial and childish behavior from the likes of you. For a company that has been established for 20 years, you should know how to build and maintain a relationship with customers. Lying to someone's face is bad for business." All I want is my order placed! I am more than willing to forward these emails or provide screenshots
