Hello,We have reviewed the file and spoken with the salesman and it is clear that you purchased this vehicle knowing the problemIt was our salesman that brought the noise up to you and managementWe gave the customer the option at the time to refund or exchange the vehicle or provide a heavy
discount on this oneCustomer chose the discount and signed a mechanical inspection and then a liability release stating that there was a clear driveline noiseThis is why I'm sure that the customer did not call us before submitting a complaint with Revdex.comWe are always here to help and a phone call would have been appreciated so we could have discussed this
