On March 26, [redacted] came in and purchased two pairs of glassesThe sales clerk did make and error and didn't charge her for the polarized lens, however our office did inform her that an error was madeShe was informed of the error and given options to resolve the differenceShe opted to pay the balance and continue with the purchaseShe picked up her glasses on April 4th, and she seemed happy with her purchaseI have never received a message or an email that there was a problemWe have researched all emails and no c:mails or phone messages from her have been found at all.When I received this letter from Revdex.com, I did contact [redacted] I spoke to her on Oct 10, I did tell her to bring her glasses in because if they had any defect we would replace them for herAs a courtesy, we did replace both her lens and had them done the same day for her since they did have a couple scratches in themWe also gave her an instore credit for the $that she can use at a later timeShe seemed very satisfied and was going to retract the letter she sent to Revdex.comAdvantage Eye Centers stands behind or products and services we offerPlease do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance
