the last 3 weeks and this is why the problem has not been corrected.

[redacted],  You said you would re-do the job if the fix did not make things right, so  I am sending along two photos of the walkway taken after someone came to fix it and the rain came yesterday.The first picture is before the fix and the next two are after the fix.  As you can see there are still puddles and equipment gouges in the asphalt “on one side of the walkway” that fill with water after it has rained.  When the weather freezes these puddles of water into ice, it will not be safe to walk there.  I hope you will agree after seeing these latest photos that you need to re-do the job done in order for these issues to be eliminated.  Thank you.[redacted]
