Review: This financial institution, which I had to find after they seemed to have changed there name or took over for the original company, has become impossible to work with. After launching formal complaints with [redacted] I found out that [redacted] had my file and had been charging me monthly fees when I had no idea who she was or how to get ahold of her. When she finally made contact I was assured she would handle my file and we would discuss a refund when everything was done. Many months have passed and I have just started closing my own accounts. She has not returned any of my 5 calls over the past 1-2 months. Although her voicemail says they will return calls within two business days. She also has not responded to my emails over the past few months... This is by far the most terrible business experience. Consumer beware...Desired Settlement: Since I am doing this work myself I believe she should return the over $600 in fees she charged me while hiding behind another companies name so I could not get ahold of her.
