However, last moth I was side line with reoccurring of some health issue, also I just got back 2 days ago from [redacted] after 2 weeks of franchisee training and meeting at the home office. these are not excuses because I have none, just explaining why I  was late in responding to your request.                   You have 60 units remaining equal $7,500.00                   Minus cancellation service fee of   - $ 250.00                    Balance of refund due                      $7,250.00To day I will put in the mail this letter a copy of the FTC rule regarding the cancellation fee and 1st monthly payment of $1,100.00. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
