We had a significant sedimentation problem(still do) l with our water..Last year we had these guys come down and check it all outthey checked things and suggestions like filter in the well, new Welltrol, in-house filter etc..We chose to go the lesser way way first, like any homeowner would They changed to a new welltrol and put an whole house in-line water filter and we were told that if the filter wasn't satisfactory they would return and replace it with another one...We, it wasn't satisfactory We made several attempts to get them to come back due to the fact that this sedimentation was still getting past the filter and into the house,washing machine, dishwasher ,toilet etc,there is always grumpy lady who answered the phone,, said several time s that she would have someone call us backdidn't happen called back several more times, she always had and excuse, why no call back, Holiday, someones out sick etc,etc..We were tottaly ignoredFinally we never called back(shame on us)Till this day we are still plagued by this sedimentation, every time I want to do laundry we have to take the water line off to unclog the water flowThe problem must be taken care of, I will call someone out of state if necessary ..before I call Charlton well who is miles away
