We've made contact with the owner of...

the store that the customer went to for credit. He's agreed to provide a gallon of white paint to this customer and deliver it. We will visit that store and pay the cost.
We're happy to help this customer, but ask that she call us to let us know when she'll arrive at or contact the other store with her exact shade of white. That way we can ensure they understand what is expected and won't be thrown off by an unusual request such as this. I'm available 9-6, Thurs-Monday.
Unfortunately, we are prohibited by law from seeing the credit card number associated with any transaction and are therefore incapable of crediting any transaction without having the credit card present. This is per the Payment Card Industry Association and is simply to prevent fraud.
We hope the customer respects that limitation.
