Revdex.com
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThe only thing that I want stated is that only the ignition has been rekeyed, so that the fuel tank and seat locks stull have the old keyBesides being an inconvience because there are now keys instead of one, now I can't store my registration or insurance information in the motorcycle, and know its secure, or know that my fuel hasn't been tampered with.
Regards,
*** ***

Hello Revdex.com, This response is regarding the complaint of *** *** *** on his Kawasaki ZThe Kawasaki motorcycle was brought to our shop to install customer supplied parts which was performed in a perfect mannerMotorcycle was complete and cleaner than when
brought inSMR also made sure chain adjustment was correct as well as checking brake pads which looked like they were just replacedI, Jason, the owner of the shop, test rode the Kawasaki the morning of April 26th and after riding parked it in front of shop just as I have for the last yearsI was at an appointment the afternoon of April 26th when I got the disturbing call that the keys were missing from Mr.***'s Kawasaki ZI asked my employees what happened? I rode the Motorcycle this morning and left the key in the bike as I always do so the key does not get lostMy employees told me that we had some kids [teenagers] sitting on the Motorcycles and one of those motorcycles was Mr.***'s KawasakiMy employee's asked these kids to please stay off the Motorcycles since they are customers and we would not want anything to happen to the motorcyclesThe kids got upset and were rude to my employees and more than likely took the key from Mr.***'s KawasakiUnfortunately we were not aware of this until Mr.*** showed up to pick up the KawasakiMy employee talked to Mr.*** letting him know we had no idea and we will resolve the problemMy employee talked to Mr.*** pointing out other service the Kawasaki needed to be safeBefore I even got back the the shop I was on the phone to the locksmith trying to get the Motorcycle ignition switch re-keyed, seeing as there may be a key floating around in someones hand and I was trying to look out for my customerBeing it was the end of the day, they couldn't help us and the gentleman that could re-key the Motorcycle switch would not be back in the office until Tues the 1st and would be able to get it done then which was relayed to Mr.***I thought everything was good and Mr*** was ok, until he called on the 1st and said that he was very upsetHe expressed that this should never have happenedI explained that I was doing everything I could to rectify the situation. He went on to tell me that I was not taking responsibility and he did not know how the situation could have happenedI tried to explain again that I did everything I could to fix the problem as quickly as possibleHe went on to tell me that he did not want the additional work we recommended done and just wanted his bike backI had wanted to offer him the fork seal job at no charge for his hassle, but he never gave me the chanceHe went on to threaten turning us into Revdex.com and hung up the phone on meThe bike was completed and the ignition switch re-keyed one day late, due to the amount of time it took the locksmith to complete the taskI have tried to communicate and get the job done as quickly as possibleI would be happy to give him a discount on the next job as he is asking. Thank you,Jason P***
