We at Accent Spas strive to have excellent customer service In the Case of customer Dey we did have a few small issues upon first delivering the spa We decided to bring the spa back to our store and completely redo everything to have a satisfied customer The issues were all
fixed and warrantied within a very short timeline The issue remaining is the cover of the spa The cover was ordered and made to manufacturer specs We forwarded pictures to the cover manufacturer who could find no issue with the covers fit If there is further evidence of the cover not being correct we are happy to submit it as the cover is under manufacturer warranty for years against workmanship and defect

Mr*** purchased a spa with us for the above mentioned $1, We removed his old spa as a courtesy and gave him a $discount The spa was delivered and converted on site to be appropriate for the power supply available Our warranty is days on all pre owned spa
product The spa in question needed a computer board and we had one order for the customerThe customer chose to do a refund instead of getting the spa fixed We have offered to repair or refund on this spa We have made attempts to meet with Mr*** to no avail This certainly is not the experience we want a customer to have which is why we offer the warranty, and if the customer is not satisfied with the transaction we offer to replace, repair, or refund as necessary. I am rejecting this response because: one we did not ask if they had ft steps we we're told that they we're available and part of the deal was that due to my disability that they would be provided with the sale instead of the ftwe we're told that one rail would be provided put it would cost us if we wanted another railIt really makes no difference at this time, my wife and I realize that this effort is of no worthMy father always told me that when your dealing with a business especially in used merchandise don't believe in the verbal promises and to no avail from the grave, father is always rightOur mistake for not getting it in solid gold writing and certified.What bums me out more than anything is allowing myself to fall for the sales pitch new it sounded to good and then to be lied too on top of that, keep our money hope that it helps your bank account we keep the tub for what it's worthone thing your lucky, had this been a couple years back we would be in court i'm pretty sure some answers would be different especially under oath maybe than your staff would step up and tell the truthHope you have a nice day ,and oh yea and stick it!!!

I am rejecting this response because: AS WE STATED IN THE FIRST COMPLAINT ABOUT THE CONSTANT EXCUSES. WE ARE HEARING AGAIN THE SAME EXCUSES, THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO ADDRESS ANY OF THE REST OF THE COMPLAINT JUST THE TOP. THE BLAME FALLS TO THE COMPANY, AS THEY HAVE CONTINUALLY STATED, THE BLAME FALLS TO THE MANUFACTURER. WE ARE NOT  INTERESTED IN REPLACING THE TOP THAT WE HAVE, ONLY TO GET THE SAME TOP WITH THE SAME EXCUSE, THAT IT IS TOO SPA LID SPECKS, PER THE MANUFACTURER. IT DOESN'T FIT PERIOD!  I FEEL THAT THE OWNERS OF ACCENT SPAS DID NOT IN GOOD FAITH EXPLAIN THE DIFFICULTIES WITH THE TOP FOR THE SPA AND JUST KEPT SAYING THE SAME EXCUSE HOPING THAT IT WOULD JUST GO AWAY OR PASS THE 90 DAY WARRANTY SO THEY DON"T HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT ANYMORE. AGAIN WE ARE TIRED OF PLAYING THE SUCKERS, AS WE STATED, AGAIN, WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK ($3200) AND FOR THEM TO TAKE THE SPA SO THEY CAN SELL THE SPA AND EXCUSES TO SOME OTHER POOR UNFORTUNATE SOUL.

So yet again we follow through and you act like a 2 year old. I am so glad I don’t have to live in your head…..life must really suck. We didn’t lie, we followed through on your warranty over and way above what we agreed to do and we did without calling you names lol. YOU SAID AS MUCH IN YOUR RESPONSES! How often we were out how much time energy and money we threw at your spa to try and make you happy. Accept or not we are done with this conversation.
