Horrible experience. We felt we were misled on what work was supposedly going to be performed. When we questioned, what we thought was going to get done, the young lady became very defensive. Not one phone call, just lengthy emails.

Website says 100% customer satisfaction. There was never a solution considered for our questions/problems. Just the standard, we are right and you are wrong.
