Review: On Sunday evening (September 21) my fiance and I went to Abe's market to buy a few things. He used his debit card for a purchase of $16.28 and then we forgot something so used MY card for the next purchase that SHOULD HAVE BEEN less than $2.00 but they charged my second bank card with the same amount as the first. The "manager/owner" told us that he would go through his receipts and call us back later. We never heard back from him. When my fiance then went back to the store, he was told they hadn't gone through the receipts yet and that the "manager/owner" would call him back. Again, no calls. The third time he went back he was told the "manager/owner" hadn't been in. The fourth time, the same. They have stopped answering their phone and still no call back from anybody. My bank told me that this issue needed to be resolved at the point of sale and should have been an easy reversal on their part. I do not appreciate being stolen from and I do not appreciate being lied to and given the run-around.Desired Settlement: I would like every penny they charged to the wrong card refunded. I refuse to pay twice for the same merchandise. There is now a $25.00 overdraft fee on my checking account due to this issue not being resolved immediately. Any other fees that happen because of this issue should be their responsibility as well. This should/could have been resolved within 24 hours, and then there wouldn't have been any overdraft fees. This UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE has now cost me over $40.00
