Business Bureau in response to this complain is protected by data privacy laws. While, I certainly want to cooperate with your agency, without a written release of information signed by the person making the complaint allowing me to share necessary information, I am unable to respond at this time.
We have sent a letter and a release of information to the complaintant asking her to sign and return this form in a timely manner so that we can move forward in resolving this mater. If/when we receive the signed release back, I will contact you and submit our response as quickly as possible.

When I was there for the appointment in March I never had to sign a form, one has to wonder why I have to sign anything if ABC has been paid for their services I would like to submit this claim on my own yet keep getting the run around. The amount of man hours I have spent trying to get info from ABC to submit this claim is absurd.
I did email ABC yesterday and ask why I needed to fill out a form now? This makes no sense to me, all I am asking for is the info I need to process the claim on my own. I shouldn't have to sign a form since ABC has received their money now I want to submit it on MY own to insurance.
I have asked them several times for this info and keep getting the run around. Even the insurance company has said they have never heard of a business not releasing info to their patients so they could file a claim to insurance.

our agency has made multiple attempts to explain to this complaintant why we can't resolve this matter in the way that she desires. We have repeatedly offered her an alternative option that would give resolution and would give her the same end result.
While I certainly want to cooperate with the Revdex.com, complaintant notified our agency yesterday that she is refusing to sign the release of information (recently mailed to her) that is required for us to release further information.
Complaintant is being sent a letter reiterating that following:
That we are unable to resolve this matter in the way that she desires and the reasons why;
That we would be happy to resolve this matter through an alternative manner that would give her the same end result;
That the release of information recently sent to her was sent so that we could respond to the complaint she made against our agency to the RevDex.com.
That, without her signed release of information, we are unable to address her complaint.
That there is really little else that we can do, however, should she change her mind, we would be happy to resolve this manner in a way that would give
the end result that she is desiring.
