The guest checked into the room at 6:15pm, the room was ready when she checked inShe called and asked for towels, and she was provided the towels within minutes to her roomAfter waiting for some time she then came down to the front desk and asked for additional towel, the clerk
informed her that he would bring it to her room in about minutesAt that the guest instructed him not to go to the room since she has her kids thereShortly, after that she came down to the front desk to inform the clerk that she is stepping out, the clerk informed *** *** that he has the towels readyThe guest told him she would get the towels from him when she returnsThe guest returned around 8:30pm appearing upset that she wanted a room with a table, that she had seen other rooms from the windows and they had a table in themThe front clerk informed her that the rooms have different furniture depending on the room type, however if she wanted a table he would bring it to her roomThe guest was not satisfied and continued to argue why she was given a room without a table, please note there was no mention of towels in this conversation. The clerk did offer her to change her room before *** called, however she refused and insisted on a refund. The guest booked a non-refundable room, was provided a clean room with the amenities as mentioned during the reservation, and all her requests were agreed to be accommodatedNo refund is due to the guest
