I paid Stereo outlet to install tinting on my windows and they did a very poor job. I went back over 5 times in a period of 7months. The tint was replaced each time on 6 of the 7 windows until finally I had them remove it all on Oct 26, 2013 and refunded. Each time I would go back there were many particles of dirt/adhesive left in between the tint and the window. I was very dissatisfied with the work and told the Manager I was not happy. They responded by saying the work is under warranty and I must wait 30 days for the tint to dry. I believe the work that was done on my car have left several imperfections on a few windows because it was not installed correctly. It is clear this business does not possess a qualified staff to perform the work advertised even though the tint installer says he’s been installing tint for over 20years.

Since having them take the tint off in Oct, my driver side door has been loose, I took it back a week later and they said nothing is wrong with it but periodically the door pops out and becomes loose. Recently had my car serviced with the VW dealership to find out that my driver side door panel bolts has been stripped and actually missing clips to securely hold the door in its proper place.

I have contacted several times and ask that the owner contact me and yet I'm still waiting for some type of call or email. The manager "[redacted]" shows no integrity for the quality of work his business provides and seems very indifferent to my concerns.
