We left a voicemail for this customer to resolve this issueThere was an issue with some paint and drywall that we had were asked to repairWe had talked to the realtor selling the house and came to terms that he would fix the damage because the repair was time sensitiveHe did so with the paint
that was left with the house so he said he would not bill usThis is the last we heard on this matter. Thank you,Michael
Yes we would like nothing more to rectify this issue. I believe there has been some miscommunication. while we were moving this customer there was some damage to her wall via a big piece of furniture that wouldn't fit. We explained to her that there was going to be some damage, we even made her sign a damage waiver form stating the damage was going to take place. After the move was complete she called back wanted the wall fixed. We explained she signed the form and we were not liable for the damage because she gave us permission. It was a simple fix and to save from a negative experience we told her we would take care of it because she already had the paint at the house. The house was being sold so we were no longer in contact with the customer she referred us to the real estate agent. The repair needed to be done asap because the house was being sold we didn't have someone available on such short notice. So my GM and the real estate agent came to the concession he would do the repair because he was already at the house with all of the materials. This repair was done by her real estate agent, with free materials, on damage she signed. I don't understand how we owe her any money. We reached out to her to explain this but received no response.Thank you,Michael
