A-1 Window is one of those special, customer-oriented, skilled businesses we still have in Worcester. I have gone to them to repair windows for my turn of the century house, for which parts are no longer made, and time and time again they figure out how to do it. Their service is congenial, fast, expert and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend this business highly enough; we are fortunate to have this business in Worcester.

I WILL NEVER BUY A THING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN , I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF THIS COMPANY FOR 40 YEARS , LAST FALL I ORDERED SOME CUSTOM REPLACEMENT SCREENS , COST $125, THEY MADE THE TOO BIG , THEY AGREED TO MAKE THEM THE SMALLER CORRECT SIZE , NEEDLESS TO SAY I FORGOT ABOUT THE SCREENS UNTIL THIS SUMMER , WHEN I WENT TO PICK THEM UP THEY TOLD ME THEY THRU THE AWAY , THEY WERE RUDE AND ABUSIVE , I WAS TO BAD ITS WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT PICKING THEM UP SOONER , THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS , THEY TREATED ME LIKE A KING WHEN I GAVE THEM THE MONEY NOW THEY TREAT ME LIKE CRAP , IF THEY WILL SCREW ME OUT OF $125 WHAT WILL THEY DO IF THEY DO TO YOU .
