Review: I hired [redacted] to clear out my garage and hold an Estate Sale.Vanessa came around 10:30 PM and worked in my garage until morning. She made so much noise throwing my boxes around, including items marked "fragile" which she broke, and playing the radio loudly, etc, that she kept neighbors awake all night.She never finished garage but she continued to demand the $400 for that part of the job.Vanessa was never on time but for our first meeting when I signed the contract.She required 35% commission on the sale of my belongings, a $200 set up fee, $150 for advertising and $60 dump fee (plus the $400 mentioned above). She promised she would have help to move my heavy furniture because I have health issues - on the morning of the sale, she had me help her as she was alone and go get change.She only stayed for a short time the 2nd day, leaving her 18 yr old son in charge.When I complained about MULTIPLE issues on the phone with her and told her I would not pay 35% when she wasn't even there, she sent her husband to collect her tables and money so the sale hours were cut short.He took the cashbox to his truck, I never got to look in it. The boy had money in his apron, that money was counted, they took 35% off the top, then $95 for advertising that Vanessa has yet to show proof of.She did put ad on Craigslist which was free.The first day she took 35% and $200 for the set up fee even though I had helped.She was seen leaving with bins full of my things which she claimed she paid for when confronted.The amount of shoppers and volume of things sold were not balanced by the money she claimed had been earned. She had thrown boxes and trash in my RV parking, breaking flowers and cactus and I found valuable items she had "accidentally" thrown away.I wasn't able to go through all of them but there are many items missing from my garage that were not put out for sale.She took the pile of boxes to recycle ctr so whatever was in them, she kept.Things are missing that were valuable and not sold.Desired Settlement: At a MINIMUM, I would like the money that I was TOLD was earned those two days to be refunded, which was $908. I know way more was made on sales but since they would not show me the cash box and I was a woman, alone, as she had sent her husband for it, I had to just accept what was happening. I also want her to return EVERY item she took with her as I NEVER gave her permission to take anything and she certainly never paid for anything. I even bought her lunch!

I am rejecting this response because: Mrs. Rozo is obviously at a loss as to how to defend herself as she has resorted to the lowest behavior, lying and trying to defame the character of her accuser.
