Please be advised that the locks on the customer's door were installed correctlyAfter the customer called and complained, we came back to her house to inspect themAll locks were checked and were working correctlyEach lock is guaranteed for one yearThe complaint seems to be the result of the customer loosing a $billShe mistakenly thought she had given the mechanic $bills when in reality she only gave him $bill and $billsShe became agitated when she misplaced her moneyIf you have any questions or need any further information , please contact meThank you
