If the customer is unhappy with the overweight fee I will be more than happy to refund this to her, it was $wihich I will refund today, I explained to her when I spoke with her the fee was for a overweight fee, you get tons for msw for the size of dumpster the customer rented, with a household junk dumpster, every dumpster company has weight limits for household junk dumpsters as they are charged alot more for dumping than construction, also when it comes to pick up the dumpster every company states that it can take at least up to business days to pick it up from the time of pick up date as they have to make schedules to pick up when delivering in the same areaIt is on the receipt about overweight dumpsters, also rain is an act of god that is completely out of our control, as I stated I will refund the customer today and email the receipt to herThank youMelissa
