A & C Distributing

On 4-27-12 we purchased a [redacted] vacuum following an in-home demonstration. The salesman did not leave a "zip brush" attachment; which was included in the purchase price on the contract, stating it was an old model and the next day he would send us the new model. I have never received it. On 5-16-12 I called and was told I would be called back regarding the matter, no call. On 5-17-12 I called and spoke with the owner of A&C Distributing who assured me it would be sent out. On 5-29-12 no zip brush, I called the salesman, [redacted], who said he would send it out. On 6-6-12 no brush, called A&C Dist. again, no one was there that could help me, they would call back. On 6-12-12 no call back or zip brush, I called again, this time phone was temporarily disconnected. On 6-14-12 I tried the number again and got a recording to leave a message and someone would call back; this is 6-18-12 and no one has ever called back and I do not have the "zip brush" attachment. We paid $193.50 down, signed a contract and payments have been deducted from our checking account. We feel we have been patient and pleasant in this matter and responsible in having the money available for the payment. In one week it will be two months and no contact in anyway from anyone at A&C Distributing and no "zip brush".
