March 5, To Whom It May Concern:In response to ID# ***, I have provided the tenant a month lease, two receipts for payments (which also reiterated the month lease term), as well as have tried to remedy any problems with the repair of the toiletThis tenant broke her month lease
after only having lived there for one month, due to no issues with the house, but rather her need to locate to a different areaIn regards to the cleanliness of the home, it passed a state regulated home inspection that includes a portion dedicated to cleanliness immediately prior to her moving in.I take pride in my company and the housing that we provide our tenantsI own homes and rental units, and have never had an issue like this beforeIt is unfortunate that things have taken this turn.Regards Kindly,Aaron B***
Aaron B*** is a liar,He states that he has a signed lease and I keep asking him to show it to me.I have reciepts from Aaron, one is a text message and one is a paper reciept that states nothing about a lease. The paper reciept isn't even signed by him or the person that I gave the $to.when Aaron and I talked about the house I rented ,back in November I told him I was separating from my fiance and that I was unsure what my future plans were.At one point I mentioned that I could end up moving to Ohio to be closer to my son & grandaughter. After a few weeks apart my fiance and I decided to work things out.I have only had face to face meeting with Aaron one time, that was the day I moved in.All other dealings I had with his construction guy Terry.Terry was the one I gave my deposit to.According to the letter I recieved from Aaron it states that I had a verbal conversation with Terry about a lease. That is a lie! My daughter was home from college and was pressent at all interactions I had with Terry
