Basically I booked the ticket for India from A & A travels way back in April. I brought 2 tickets for my 2 trips. The first trip ticket was issued correctly. But for second trip, it didn't get issues. I constantly kept on calling them from End of April (even sent her reminders when I was in India in first week of May). I even asked my friends to follow up when I was in India (I was in India from 2nd may to 8th may). Then once I came back I again followed. (I have all emails and can shows the numerous phone calls I made). The quotes I had got was for 1398 for my June 13th to July 9th trip. Again in mid may I followed with them and they said they will issue the ticket (I was told that there were some issues with airlines), but again when I checked the ticket was cancelled. I again called them May end and reminded her that my ticket was not issued and I was told it will be issued. On June 10th when I tried to call airline for my vegetarian food, I was told that there was no ticket issued on my name(Airline even said they could have me conference with my agent to tell her that she never issued ticket for me).That night I must have made atleast 50 calls to the agent without any success. Finally she picked the phone on 11th morning and when I told her about tickets not issued and so she said she will talk with airline and get back to me. One thing to note is she hardly called me. It was me who kept on calling her every time and she hardly picked the call. I can produce the calling history both from my home and cell phone to her (both her land line and mobile). I even sent her tons of emails, but no response.I spent the most stressed 24 hours in my life before I got my tickets issued on 11th night (the reason for my trip was my mom's surprise birthday for which everything was being done in India, the only thing remaining was me going to India, all my vacation was approved). The ticket was also not issued early as promised by her, she even turned off her cell and land line.
