? it's? true I was hired by Michael *** to do a job at his property on *** * *** *** to? refinish the pink tile to? a? TinSmith gray.? I explained to Mr*** before starting? the job that? I? ? wasn't going to be able to get a finish like
someone spraying in a spray booth where the air, and dust are being sucked outregardless of me explaining to Mr*** he still wanted a perfect shine, I had to explain that to Mr*** a few timesHowever he was right about me having to come back again to touch up the soap dish, and towel barthere was a little pink showing throughIt's not true that I didn't refinish the under side of the itemsMr*** failed to mention the two appointment I sat at his property waiting for him and never showed up so, I left a door knob hanger to let him know I was thereHe was always late for our appointmentsI still have the pics of my work, and the text messages to prove my pointMr*** wrote himself that it took him 3days to get back to the propertyI have no intention to do anything else for Michael ***, I did create a problem that I had to come back to fix try to be perfect and please Mr***I made sure the last repair was a sound job so I would have to come backI just wanted to mention that Mr*** said he paid me because he had to go to work, which is not trueMr*** paid me because there was only a little area that I need to take care of, or he wouldn't have paid me at allHe didn't pay the other Company for over monthsWords from his own mouthThat's what he does, and I did give him? a $discount

Words from his own mouth. That's what he does, and I did give him a $300 discount.

I paid for a professionally installed tub surround and tub liner. A-1 Refinishers were late to arrival up to two hours. Some appointments he didn't show at all. He kept changing the install date. When he did install, his measurements were off, the corners were filled in with caulk to try to hide the gaps, and my walls were not where I would have liked them (as he did not consult me on placement ahead of time). He did not measure properly for my showerhead and as a result I have a horrible patch in this spot. He installed a tub that had a crack without giving us the option of waiting for a new one first. When I asked for a discount for the poor workmanship and the wait for a new tub (he did offer to order and install a new tub) he said no and that I would need to pay the rest of the bill in full before he would order and deliver the new tub.

After all the major mistakes made with the initial install and the delays to install the new tub liner, I chose to not take anymore chances with the poor workmanship and the lack of profesionalism any longer and called someone else to finish the job right.

The new contractor will try to remove one wall to straighten it and trim the new tub liner as it was not ordered to fit properly.
