Attempted to purchase gas on a pump in the middle of the row (pump 4 I believe). Entered my card, zip code and nothing came out of the pump. I tried hitting the unleaded button multiple times, still no movement on the pump or gas. I put the dispenser back on the holder and went to another pump. I went to the second pump in the row (pump 6 I believe) and was able to pump $20.66 in gas.

That evening I noticed multiple charges on my card within minutes of each other (20.66 and 21.46) at the same station. I called the store and they told me to call back and speak to a manager, either Melissa or Lyn at 6 AM. Said they can pull the footage from the cameras and handle a refund as they do this for others.

Called and asked for a manager. Was told the manager doesn't come in until 10.

Called and asked for a manager. Was told the manager wasn't there. I asked what time she would be there and they said 10 AM (even though it was 10) and that she would be there in a few mins.

Called and spoke to a manager. I explained what happened and the manager originally said to get the exact time and she could get the license plate. I then asked what they were going to do as there was 1) a problem with the pump and 2) someone didn't pay for their own gas. She said there is nothing they can do and then changed her story that the cameras aren't very good and that they really only work inside the store. I explained this is no different than someone stealing gas. I asked her why she told me she could give the plate information if they can't. She couldn't answer that and said there was nothing they would do. I called back and asked for her name and she said they don't give that information. I asked for her first name and she said they don't give that out.
